Dhansiri Production Cluster
The Assam Project on Forest and Biodiversity Conservation (APFBC) Society of Govt of Assam, aims at creating alternative livelihoods for forest-dependent communities in Assam. This Production Cluster facilitates a community-based production movement for diverse natural products to empower the target communities and reduce their dependence on forests and resources. The Production Cluster under the APFBC Phase II Project represents a promising step toward economic empowerment and environmental sustainability. It fosters collaboration, innovation, and resilience within Assam's forest communities.
Striving to promote sustainability and eco-friendly practices, we present an assortment of community-made natural products covering a range of handloom & handicraft products as well NTFP (Non-timber Forest Products) based food items.

Electric Dehydrator 12 trays
Electrically operated, Digital Temperature controller cum Indicator is used for controlling temperature, double walled inner and outer body made of stainless Steel. To work on 440 volts Single Phase AC only. It works by drawing moisture out of food, which inhibits the growth of bacteria. Band Sealer MS with Stand- Suitable for sealing of Pouch Packets in standing position. Packets filled with products have to be put on Conveyor belt and placed one end at one end of the heating jaw in sealing tape. Pouch while passing is being sealed.MOC: Mild steel fabricated, finished in powder coated paint. PVC belt conveyors are run by a fractional horsepower motor. 3HP Masala Grinder- The high horsepower motor (3HP) allows it to grind even the toughest spices with ease, including Coriander seeds, Black peppercorns, Cumin seeds, Turmeric etc. In Pulverizer, raw materials are kept being strike by high speed spinning tooth then turned to powder. Raw materials are required to put in the pulverizer manually, the materials then enter the crushing chamber automatically.
