Electric Dehydrator 12 trays

Electrically operated, Digital Temperature controller cum Indicator is used for controlling temperature, double walled inner and outer body made of stainless Steel. To work on 440 volts Single Phase AC only. It works by drawing moisture out of food, which inhibits the growth of bacteria. When dried properly, food can last indefinitely, which is one reason to invest in a food dehydrator.

Automatic Form Fill Seal machine, Mechanical Cup Filler

This machine automates the entire process of forming pouches, filling them with product, and sealing them shut. Ideal for all types of powders specially Spice. The cup filler uses a mechanical cup to scoop a consistent volume of product. The filled cup then dispenses the product into the pre-formed pouch on the FFS machine.

Band Sealer MS with Stand

Band Sealer MS with Stand- Suitable for sealing of Pouch Packets in standing position. Packets filled with products have to be put on Conveyor belt and placed one end at one end of the heating jaw in sealing tape. Pouch while passing is being sealed.
MOC: Mild steel fabricated, finished in powder coated paint. PVC belt conveyors are run by a fractional horsepower motor. Special quality heating jaw in sealing tape is controlled by a temperature controller.

3HP Masala Grinder- The high horsepower motor (3HP) allows it to grind even the toughest spices with ease, including Coriander seeds, Black peppercorns, Cumin seeds, Turmeric etc. In Pulverizer, raw materials are kept being strike by high speed spinning tooth then turned to powder. Raw materials are required to put in the pulverizer manually, the materials then enter the crushing chamber automatically.
